Hi, I'm Courtney.

I became a therapist after years of doing my own deep work—unlearning patterns, facing hard things, and rebuilding from the inside out. Early in the process, I received support from an amazing therapist who introduced me to 'neuroplasticity,' which sparked a hope I thought no longer accessible. Early in that journey, I decided to dedicate my life to 'paying it forward' because of the huge positive impacts it had on me, and have since gone through over a decade of higher education, trainings, residencies, and working with multiple populations to create my own holistic practice.
That experience shaped how I show up now:
